The photo is very unclear and taken in the dark. I think only a local could recognize this place. Top left is very likely a quarry and bottom road and river. I'll try. If it's the outskirts of Brkini it can only be Bitnja or Topolc. Further from Ilirska Bistrica towards Reka it's already Kučanija...
