Veliki snežni vrh was a couple of days ago and really exhausted me. The track is super though, even if it actually tells about completely different things than mountains.
Pobič/Monte Poviz is the right answer .I thought it would be completely easy, but the last 100 m aren't quite easy, especially if you want to climb to the summit marked on the maps.
