The picture really shows Sinji dol. But it's an old path from Mangrtska planina around Vršič into Sinji dol (does the notch also have the name Sinji dol?). I didn't go right to Škrbinica, turned back earlier and went to Razor. To the valley via another old path ending above Trdnjava.
I thought someone might know those ropes, as it looks like there's a crag there too.

I wouldn't have known if we hadn't gone there not long ago. Through that gully to Vršič. One more peak waiting nearby. Skutnik.  Where does it go past the basin?
