If I remember correctly, only "Špik nad policami" is correct, "Montaž" is also used (whether correct or incorrect).
As for the other name, it is used in plural for the chain of all eight or nine špiks in the Montaž group i.e. "Poliški špiki". Others are: Špik Hude police, Špik nad nosom,...
