Emphasis: we are on the "path", on the descent, not at the top of the riddle, so it doesn't mislead you. Ah, they are the Julian Alps.

For the first I'd say: Ponca

No. As the crow flies it's not too far to there.

Guessing again: Vevnica (cold or hot)

Maybe on the path from Mangart. (been only to the saddle)

In the background I recognize Megvarje Vrata pass, Dobrač and Poldnik/Kopo. Probably photographed somewhere on the ridge between Jalovec and Mangart, which will need empirical checking.

It is on the path from Mangart, yes. Bottom left goes the noisy Italian path. If you go to snoop around the pictured edge, you see lakes. @otiv, you were right, bravo. Atoamac accurately described the surroundings. Maybe atoamac sets the next riddle, otiv, what do you think?

Of course, I was in the kitchen. And I don't have the material either. @atoamac Did you tilt the camera

For a "taste": It's in the Bohinj mountains.

Or maybe it's in KSA -Vodotočnik

Not in the Bohinj mountains, nor Vodotočnik.

But does a path go there diagonally from bottom right to top left?

or is it the Škrbinška plate of the peak above Škrbina?

Phew, you're piling on . So, not in the Bohinj mountains, so - Tolminci, no offense -, the plate of Vrha nad Škrbino is also out. Not in the Karavanke. One of the paths to the summit also goes somewhat diagonally. If I tilted the camera, I don't remember, maybe just a little.

Into which valley does the rock slide? It's a fairly large slope.
