| headstar30. 07. 2008 15:15:28 |
I started in Maribor: 1. day: First day I covered Pohorje and slept on Uršlja gora. 2. day: Second day I covered Smrekovec and Raduha and slept on Korošica. 3. day: Third day I hiked all Kamnik-Savinja Alps and slept on Kališče. 4. day: Fourth day I hiked Storžič and all Karavanke (Dobrča, Begunjščica, Stol, Golica, Baba) and slept in Mojstrana 5. day: Fifth day I hiked Triglav, Razor, Prisojnik and Jalovec and slept in Trenta. 6. day: Sixth day I hiked the seven lakes, Krn, Vogel ridge and Črna prst and slept on Petrovem brdu 7. day: Seventh day I hiked Porezen, Sivko and Trnovski gozd and slept on Col. 8. day: Eighth day I hiked Javornik, Nanos, Predjamo, Postojna and Sv. Trojica and slept in Pivka. 9. day: Ninth day I hiked Vremščica, Brkine and Slavnik and arrived in Ankaran early enough to swim for 3 hours. Throughout I had a Logbook with me where I collected stamps, but at the end it accidentally fell into the sea. What now? Am I entitled to the badge? Is anyone willing to go as a witness before the Trails Commission at PZS? LP

If you really did that then you're one of the best mountain runners.

I happily pressed the camera the entire way and collected evidence - pictures. But all in vain... While I was bathing, the camera most likely became the target of some bather, since when I returned to the beach the camera (oh misfortune) was no longer by the backpack!

Well, I get it, you're bored and making up a scenario titled "Incredible stories". Nice regards, a waste of time for such nonsense.

Yeah, and then marmot wraps chocolate in foil. Just that, Headstar.

Better go and really hike some path, climb some mountain. No need to photo, collect stamps and prove where all you've been. Save in your soul and cheer yourself up. That's purpose of true hiker. Good luck!

Old man, you've got great memory. If I dream something at night, in the morning when I wake up, I've already forgotten it all.

Headstar, how much schnapps did you drink along the way? Or did you smoke those weird, weird cigarettes again.

Back then I walked from Mojstrana over Triglav to the sea. I was 19 years old with full fitness because I was actively involved in sports. I had everything I needed with me: tent, stove etc. All together it weighed more than 30 kg. For the trail from Mojstrana to Ankaran I needed nine days. But I also did part of the trail that's only listed in the opposite direction. I went from Dovška baba where I started at 7am to Stol where I arrived at 5pm. Just for comparison.

Yeah marmot, foil and chocolate scene. 4. day: Fourth day I hiked Storžič and all Karavanke (Dobrča, Begunjščica, Stol, Golica, Baba) and slept in Mojstrana I know point 4 too well and it's not possible in 24 hours. To hike, not to mention sleeping in between :-)

yeah too many coincidences for it to be true, already with Pohorje you lied that it's something, or did they fly you to Uršlja gora by helicopter, before that you stole chocolate from a marmot in Grmovšek's hut to get that much energy and speed..., you have vivid imagination, better start writing fairy tales on the kids forum, at least kids will believe, and not even all of them.

if this is true, then you did it in record time... I think the record is held by Radovan Skubic Hilarij, who managed this trail in 11 days, maybe I'm wrong. well for such a feat you have to be a real ace something about Hilarij if anyone is interested: http://hilarij.blog.siol.net/o/

My good friend managed it in 23 days. The trail is provable with stamps and photos. On Friday 6.3.2009 at 19.00 he has a slide show in Center Nova in Velenje. If anyone is interested, welcome.

In 2004 four of us hiked the trail in 25 days, but we did it in stages, the entire route was hiked as it goes. For average hikers the trail can be done in 25-30 days, anything faster is already a bigger achievement. If anyone wants more, find it on pd.paloma.si
