Since I haven't been on the forum for a while I see the novelty and so first congrats to Jovan for the ascent.
I'll add some of my thoughts on the ascent of Horn's route although you've said almost everything. Horn's route among alpinists is considered an easier route and some better ones even descend it. But that doesn't mean it's easy for hikers either, definitely only tackle it with a mountain guide. As Jovan already said, the Horn chimney is the hardest part of the route where the entry to the chimney is rated IV+ A0 and you have to pull yourself athletically a few meters on 3 pegs to get into the chimney and continue up the chimney IV to the exit from the chimney, which is close to V. Otherwise I've climbed Horn's three times each time with someone different and each time a bit differently, also with direct access to the belay stance via chimneys (IV). First time already 25 years ago  . Safe in the mountains and lots of joy ahead.
