I'd just add that there's still a little snow, up to 20 cm at the top, the ground frozen, the path covered with a mix of leaves and powder snow, perfect for a slip, as I tasted myself on the descent velik nasmehvelik nasmehvelik nasmeh On the ridge from Tilčev rov towards the top, it occasionally blew hard from the north, reminding us that winter is already in the mountains.

The sun also reminded us that winter is in the mountains, which was still hidden after arrival at the top...

Today a welcome goal, mackerel clouds made the views even more beautiful. On top winter and snow, down there those brave little flowers already (again) want to live. Despite the holiday, empty, icy but not too much. Go see the live nativity scene in Mlačca near Mojstrana, it's worth it.
The snow is crusting, otherwise it's clear in the valley1
Beautiful morning colors above Macesnovec and Luknja peč2
The sun illuminated the first ridge, wow3
The sun and cold air added colors4
Jerebikovec is a known viewpoint. All three valleys and the center with Triglav, which hid under a cap today5
Towards the east this, which looked a bit gloomy6
To me one of the most beautiful mountains, Kukova špica7
Vrtaško ridge looks promising, with blue behind towards Italy8
Below it is awakening again. Some really don't know how to stay calm...:)9

The whole week we've been waiting for this Friday when we planned time for the "hills", but then they forecast such wind!!! eek…but we went anyway, just took a bit longer to choose the goal and more thoughtfully and in the end it turned out we chose perfectly nasmeh. Mostly forest path provided nice shelter from wind…only the loud rustling and roaring of tree crowns tossed by wind told us that "up there it's hell". Well, it pulled through the forest sometimes too, but briefly…Felt the wind more seriously before the path levels at the monument, then calm again and really warm all along the edge of abandoned Mežakla pasture, where we experienced indescribably beautiful winter fairy tale… nasmeh every few meters step stopped, good the camera battery was full… mežikanje then it really started…on the last ridge ascent part from Tilčev rovt onwards it blew like crazy, we were catching breath a bit, no tracks left anywhere though someone before us was up today…really glad for the calm in bivouac up there…but like a miracle…on top just light breeze, …who gets it?? zmedennasmeh Nice views, though a bit cloudy to Julijci, ridges and peaks all "misty" from snow wind was blowing…
Snow practically on the whole path, at start just cm powder, to monument few cm, on Mežakla pasture suddenly if step in drift to knees…nasmeh...from Tilčev rovt onwards sometimes blown to ice base, elsewhere drifts over knees…Varied day today no doubt, but very very actually indescribably beautiful nasmehnasmeh.
At the beginning just a little powdered snow...1

Indescribably beautiful winter fairy tale.... :-)7
The wind creates wonderful things... I don't know why some don't like it...8

Hi Gita, I checked if you two cleaned up after yourselves. You did. Even tracks along the ridge nasmeh Today (7.1.) there was even a day without wind on top, morning clear and bright, so the friend finally saw why Jerebikovec is a viewpoint. Actually, the first time we sat on it was in fog. Today small crampons were an excellent aid in the lower part, chains worked too as they held where needed; lower, where there is quite some snow, they didn't bother at all.
trilogy, the closest view of this is right from Jerbikovec1
Balloon over Stenar. No need to hike for that. :)2

On the JA east map and not in the atlas of Slovenia I can't find Tilčev rovt. Is it the path from Mojstrana?
Please for information.

Our friend suggested visiting Jerebikovec. By car from Gori we drove up just over 1300m. Then even the Lada Niva got stuck in the snow.
We continued on foot along the road, which is a bit boring, but we were all the more happy for the wonderful views at sunrise on the top. I recommend, but better the path from Mojstrana, which looked well trodden at the top. On top up to 40 cm snow.

Yesterday my friend and I climbed to Jerebikovec. We went for the promised nice views, which we got.
The path was varied from dry in the lower part to snowy towards the top, in between icy in places, so descent to the valley required full concentration. Especially the path itself is quite steep.
On top sun and wonderful views all around awaited us so I'm adding some photos.
