Also on Sunday (23.07.23) the road was passable without problems. And not only to Jermanca but also further to Konec.

Today on descent from Dedec to the valley I walked right along the road and checked its condition. The right serpentine before the Konec-Jermanca junction and the first left serpentine after that junction have quite deep potholes. The rest is ok.

I drove this road today with a higher car, 4x4 without issues, although at some spots with deep potholes very slowly and carefully. Up top lots of low cars parked, but I wonder how they get there.

At Jermanca they struck again today. This time the forestry inspector was handing out greetings for 200€. Or maybe it's already half of 200. 
As far as I could gather (an extensive debate erupted in one of the mountain fb groups) the "problem" is that the road to Jermanca is a road only up to the last bend, from there on it's no longer a road and driving is prohibited because it's just forest or logging trail. How can an ordinary citizen without any traffic sign figure out where the road is no longer a road, I don't quite get 
Sure, probably even the bureaucrat who wrote the fine doesn't know, just that it's legally covered. Well... maybe not even, since there's no sign... someone else will probably know more precisely...
