Kislica - Špicast vrh

Nice little hill, 994 m high (near Konjiška gora)
has a logbook and stamp. Well-trodden but poorly marked path. From the top, very nice view of the wider Celje basin.

I agree with you, nice stuff, I was on Kislica last week. I'm wondering if you know the path to Stenica; I saw a sign at the start. Do you go straight along the marked path by the stream? You leave it quickly if you decide to go for Kislica.
Thanks and best regards.

Exactly so, further along the stream to the road at a small junction (also path to Lindek castle)
Continue on the road to Mala gora (ca. 100m), turn left, then follow the marks further.
To the Novinšek farm another 15 min ascent, then along the flat ridge to the logbook and stamp. Walking time one way is about two hours.

Shorter variant from Vitanje village, very well marked and interesting.

Starting point?? Please provide a more detailed description, and can a circular variant Kislica-Stenica-Lindek be done?

Yes, it can be done and it is very nice; then the best is, as already mentioned, the same starting point as for Kislica. First do the tour to Stenica, then continue along the ridge ca. 15 min until you reach the cart track and turn left on it; it leads to a very nice meadow between both peaks (sort of a saddle). In the lower part of the meadow there is again the path to Kislica, so you return to the same starting point.

Today early in the morning I was on Stenica, on the return I also looped to Lindek. Path to Stenica well marked, ridge part really nice, full of flowers along the path, as if someone had planted them there.... . The weather held up.

You're invited to a hike from Socka to Kislica on 15.5.2011. The hike is guided, so no panic about getting lost. Info at sdsocka@gmail.com

Paths to Kislica are pathless, no marks. The tour is nice, lots of enjoyment!

Several times I went to Stenica summit from Vitanje. Leave the vehicle in the village, best at Kuzman inn. Then back to the main road to Stranice, after a hundred meters over the stream uphill (arrow). When Štajnhof street reaches a sharp bend, there is the next arrow which leads to a very steep path up the hill. After the steep part we arrive at a mountain farm, there is a meadow and homestead but signs disappear. The path goes straight through the homestead (watch dogs) and signs are back at the entrance to the forest. After about 20 minutes to a wide forest path, due to forest clearing marks disappear again, always uphill. After five minutes at Marijina roka shrine where there is also a view, but a bit further the highest peak which offers no view.

Path from Frankolovo I don't know.

Now interested in Kislica too... Where to leave vehicle and how the path goes?

Finally on Kislica. Very nice surprise, path from Beleg Potok is a real jewel. No matter, no marks, this mountain is really incredible in its beauty.

This morning (13.06.2012.) again on Kislica. From Beleg potoka along path without marks (only two arrows) to viewpoint and after ten minutes more to summit in forest no view.
View from viewpoint is wonderful. And when conditions were exceptional, now I know that even from Kislica viewpoint Varaždin is visible, and even further to Hungary in the east.
It's a pity that path has no description here on hribi. It's evident that it's visited because the path is quite trodden. I think it would be a puzzle how to rate path difficulty - still easy path or partly demanding (especially just before viewpoint)

Today (21.06.2013) visit to Kislica. Start early in the morning from Beleg potok and ascent all the way to Špicasteg and then to the "real" summit of Kislica. Quite hot but with pleasant wind. The path is well trodden, only the junction from the path to Lindek and Mala gora is not really marked, after this junction some cairns and ribbons help us...

Since there was no interest in my offer I went today according to my own plans. The weather wasn't right for any serious tour but it was good enough for the circular path Kislica-Stenica. I came up with the tour myself, first along the trodden unmarked path to Kislica then continuing ahead along the ridge. Then I descended lower to the forest road which I followed almost to the farm but I turned earlier towards Stenica. Up the slope and again to the forest road along which I went westwards slightly ascending. Until I came to the right junction of the road along which less than 100 meters and left upwards along the slope to the Stenica ridge. During the path a very nice view opened towards Vitanj and Pohorje. Along the ridge I walked approx. 30-45 min. At the top there is a new cache and direction signs. Quite cold so I didn't stay long, just refueled. Descent along the marked path towards Beleg potok. Views didn't reach very far but it was still super to walk off-trail when searching the direction to the peak or the set goal. Video to follow.

Hello

On this route B. Potok - Kislica a Labrador (wheat-yellow color) got lost, or rather it's hard to say that it got lost, since he might know the way home. It has often happened here that animals disappear. I politely ask, if someone took him along, it would be nice if they bring him back or call the number below.
