In early December or late November the stamp was there. But not on Kislica summit, on Spitz Peak, from which there is a very nice view!

On the very summit no view really. Further along the ridge ca 100 m (towards Konjiška gora) then stamp, logbook, bench and nice view.

Yesterday on Saturday when it was such a beautiful day I went again to Kislica and that from the place Socka along the marked path. For the crown of this nice hike I also visited Kozjek which from the Socka-Vitanje road looks quite prominent, more below in the post.

Yesterday on New Year's Day one path two peaks Kislica and Stenica. Best to start new year with a hike.

Yesterday again after a short break to Kislica and Pointed Peak, from Socka or parking by the road at the quarry. For years I visited the peak from Beli potok direction, for picturesqueness. Now the steep ascent from Socka direction is more and more dear to me. Yesterday I met only two roe deer on the path, at Strnad meadow, otherwise peace and nature's whisper upon the summit and descent. A person can't wish for more. I surprise only myself that I need less than an hour for the ascent up. Down a run, maybe somehow like Dejan up? wink

Yesterday went with retirees' group to Styria, which in these days when winter rules the two-thousanders offers quite some interesting goals. We drove to Socka and from there headed across Strnad meadow to Kislica summit and Pointed Peak. Actually it's a rocky ridgelet at 1000m and across it we walk less than half an hour. But to this ridgelet from both sides leads quite a steep and rocky path. Otherwise only 600m elevation difference but rises quickly. Especially down from Pointed Peak some nasty rocky jumps. Yesterday still quite soggy from recent rain and roots and rocks slippery. In Beli potok gorge we got our shoes properly wet in places, anyway enjoyed beautiful waterfall.

The castle in Vojnik called Tabor where the owner lived until her death in 1943. Today it can be seen that it is being renovated. The windows have been replaced.

From Sucka we head to the summits Kislica and Špičasti vrh.

We cross Strnad's meadow, where there is even a hut and a chapel. The path is marked.

Here I managed to photograph the entire fire brigade - I hope no one escaped the photo. Usually I never manage to get them all together.

In this area yews grow, which are protected.

Summit of the first peak - Kislica - 994 m.

The path also runs along the XIV Division.

On Friday, 13.7.2018, around 18h I arrived at Pointed Peak from Beli potok. On the summit I was, according to the logbook, only/the second visitor. There was a special kind of silence, the fluttering of butterflies could be heard, there were many of them. As always, I checked the "terrain" around me before sitting on the bench and signing the book. Soon I was no longer the only visitor, the "king" of the peak joined me, as this is his kingdom. I was polite and let him do his evening warming and sunbathing, there was enough space for both. So be careful, not for the first time, look around where you step and sit so that nothing surprises you, as after all we intrude into their habitat.
