To me the road to Konec didn't seem that bad, as mjk writes. The ditch right after the turnoff to Jermanco is really quite deep in one part, but right on the right side (looking towards Konec) it's much shallower, so you can cross it nicely. It's true that it's easy to overlook it, I also hit it on the way there and it was pretty rough (on the way back I went carefully over the shallower side and it was fine). Apart from that ditch no problems, of course you have to be careful, as always on such roads.
