12.4.2018 On Saturday I was on Rzenik. Snow starts a little before Dol. From Dol onwards there's snow all the way, rotten though, but you can go up without problem

Nice spring-winter tour. This time for a change not alone. At six am we set off from Kopišč via Martinj path, dry to the top. In forest on the planina still snow, planina itself almost dry. Morning snow still frozen, still recommend gaiters. From Mlakarjeva bajta onwards snow started softening. Summit reachable at these temps without technical gear. For descent to Presedljaj crampons and ice axe mandatory. Path in shade in the morning, snow frozen, partly icy. Dry and snowy sections about half and half. Never descended from Konj to Presedljaj so easily without issues. From Presedljaj straight down the snow almost to bench. There one-hour rest, then dry path to Kamniška Bistrica.

On the path to Presedljaj a couple of short snow tongues, passable without issues. Ridge to Konj dry, as is descent via Dol to Kamniška Bistrica.

Yesterday to Konj from Velika Planina. From Šimnovec across to Konjščica, down to planina Dol then steeply up to Konj. Less than a month ago cleared brushwood and fixed path to Rzenik too. Markings on Konj and Gradišče worse.

Yesterday on Konj, a few cm snow, path through forest to planina Rzenik can't say well marked and visible, few times turned (correctly) by feel and followed poorly visible footprints. But nowhere slippery on forest floor

Up Martinj trail, down over Presedljaj. Ascent from this side without crampons, descent to Presedljaj we had the little ones. Like elsewhere here too layer of ice or frozen snow 2 to 3 cm thick. Icy also from Presedljaj downward, so took off crampons only at the bench. Strong wind on top, even snowing when we got to the valley.

From planina Dol to Konj nicely trodden. Almost no sinking. In the upper part about half a meter of snow. With crampons the path is normally passable also towards Presedlaj. Most cables and pegs are out.

I was on 6.3. on Konj from Kamniška Bistrica (parking below Kraljev hrib) via planina Dol. Snow started a bit below planina Rzenik, no issues to the summit either. You can see the peak is visited even now, just follow the tracks ... until next snow.

I was there Wednesday, but via Dol. Presedlaj is crusty, the path to Konj looks the same - but I'm not sure.
