last weekend I was in these parts.
sumac is shyly already coloring, often straight to some brown with black dots.
but it doesn't look the most "healthy", so I agree with Suzana, question how it all turns out this year.

Today's walk on Cerje pleasantly surprised me, as in the last days sumac on Goriški Karst intensely gaining color. Probably Karst Edge not lagging.

Today in very warm weather and almost windless we checked if Karst Edge already "burns". Sumac not yet in full redness, still quite some green bushes. nasmeh

But does anyone know how sumac coloring is on path to Veli Badin from sv. Kvirik? Colors already glowing or need to wait? zmeden

Today we went to check the colors on the Karst Edge. Probably we can enjoy the beautiful colors for some more time.

In memory we have the downy oak colors from past years, so we used the first November day to visit the Karst Edge and check this year's palette of downy oak autumn colors.

Brrr, it's cold when Bora blows. The search for a friendlier starting point proceeded in this style and we found it at St. Quirinus church and viewed the southern part of Karst Edge and didn't regret it.

After 2019 again on Karst Edge - Veli Badin, this year later than usual. Colors still nice when midday sun shines on them. Along the path the marks negatively surprise eek
