Ljubelj Hut via ridge to Zelenica

Princess in front, I behind. On a short rope, as mountain guide and client. Over the hardest spot we did two abseils, who lowered whom on the rope is irrelevant. Nice outing in somewhat less nice weather.

tinky thanks, sending greetings back to you and Lara. The princess is used to it and I slowly lower her to the ledge, descend to her, repeat the descent and she is nasmeh

thanks. Cathy is really a fine dog and surprisingly enjoys more demanding paths a lot. Actually we both enjoy nasmeh Now she's a bit furrier than usual, but might visit the groomer once more before winter mežikanje

From Ljubelj past the hut on Ljubelj, along the ridge of Ljubeljščica to Vrh Ljubeljščice and Spodnji plot. By the way also to Povna peč. At the hut Tadej caught up with me and we chatted briefly. Path is dry and nicely passable. Morning was a bit cloudy and windy at times. It calmed down and at the Zelenica hut nicely warm. Flowers are a bit late, as May wasn't great weather. From Zelenica via border trail.

That's how it was today. Path as usual from Povna peč to the harder part somewhat overgrown, vegetation quite wet in the morning.
Otherwise the path is normally passable.

Look at pictures on page 3 /10.6.2018/, 13th and 14th. The plant is like wild garlic, but much taller. Otherwise google VANEŽ.

tinkiy thanks, I'm asking because on Stušica I noticed they collect it and use it as wild garlic, apparently this plant grows only in Karawanks.

From Ljubelj via ridge to Vrh Ljubeljščice, to Spodnji Plot and to Zelenica hut.
Down via border trail. No luck with weather. Foggy, occasional rain, arrived at Zelenica quite soaked.
On short secured sections rocks and cables wet.

Again once more via ridge. Quite wet, foggy, sun also showed up.
Before Zelenica hut met Martino /Mukica/ and Zdenka after long time. With team went towards Suho Ruševje.
Lots of flowers on path. On ridge met only one going opposite way.

Nice to meet you, really quite some time passed, even then it was above Zelenica.
Later morning similar weather, no nice views from Palec and Zelenjak, enjoyable anyway very much nasmeh

Today opposite direction.
Ljubelj, via hunters' to Zelenica hut, Spodnji Plot, Vrh Ljubeljščice and via ridge to Povna Peč.
At Stari Ljubelj for štruklji.
Below Vrh Ljubeljščice and under Povna Peč quite mud as usual. Nice weather, no wind.

Two years ago August no luck with weather, so repeated today.
Stari Ljubelj, Povna Peč, Vrh Ljubeljščice, Spodnji Plot, Zelenica.
Down via hunters'.
Nice day, one flaw, too hot.

Ljubelj, Povna Peč, via ridge to Vrh Ljubeljščice and Spodnji Plot.
Down past Zelenica hut and via border trail to start.
Lots of mud on path, quite slippery, otherwise nice sunny and warmish.
Snow only around hut, no winter gear needed.
Few of us wandering around, not many.
