I wouldn't say this is a typical NOB monument, but we can say that Cerkno with Franja Hospital is a comprehensive monument to WWII on our soil. I photographed the entire Franja Hospital. But it's worth seeing live. I was here first and last time 60 years ago. They restored it fantastically after the flood a few years ago.
