Oh, what a cool bunch, I'm already looking forward, every day especially, every morning when I turn on the computer first meteo, what will it be, then everything else, yeah Igor will do 3 hours, us slower ones will plod slowly behind him  , but we'll get there , ha ha, slowly.

Nice that you're all so enthusiastic. Igor didn't say he'd go up, if he does, on skins with which you go up the slope much differently than hikers. That's why the 3-hour time is mentioned. On foot in winter conditions you have to count on 5-6 hours or even more.

Hey folks, you're making me crazy excited for New Year's Eve on Kredi. I'm working on joining you and since I read Igor's tips on food, I advise everyone to stuff some dry salami, budolica, pršut or something similar into your backpack, and a little liter of homemade won't hurt and the celebration will be much nicer. If my PD obligations allow, I'll go from Celje myself and have four free seats ?? Zvončnica, one more tip for you, leave Jupol and the brushes at home this time and stick to my instructions, hi hi. This weekend there will be enough snow for ski touring, so much that you'll have to be careful with avalanches already. Until Sunday morning Austrian meteorologists predict another 30-50cm of snow in the W and S parts of the Alps.

The sudden weather change with cooling contributed. The snow was previously slushy, but with the front in the afternoon it froze. The question is whether ice axe and crampons were used on steeper sections. Still, it's a pity for anyone who unnecessarily passes away due to a mountain trip during the front in unsuitable stormy snowfall.
