@BoštjanMK, yes that's the view towards Eibiswald (Ivnik) i.e. towards Austria, @atoamac, photographed from the Austrian side of the Radelj border crossing (650 m).

In the kitschy land. In that one where Igor the Villain still doesn't get that with such dumb posts as you've got him used to on the previous subpage (that only his approach to Jalovec is worth anything, everything else is more or less a stroll), you're ruining all the reputation you're building with your posts on this site. Igor, if everyone went your way of disqualifying other less experienced hikers, an alpinist could say all approaches to Jalovec (including yours) are a stroll and the "real" ascent is only from the Horn route onwards. If the admin deletes my post, he'll have to delete Igor’s extremely rude and backed by condescending logic post towards all for whom Jalovec via "ordinary" paths is a big challenge and hard-to-reach goal.

I see and read that the author of the song "how different we are" was quite right. The only problem is how to live together tolerantly with such diverse interests, views, opinions, assessments, attitudes, prejudices... Good luck!

I admit this is a bit tougher nut, I'll just reveal where it is, Št. Janž above Radlje ob Dravi, by the main road to the border crossing Radelj (650 m) and then on to Austria. But I don't know exactly who these sacred monuments are dedicated to, looks like some accident happened once, since CDs, beets and more are attached to the tree trunks..., I'd have to ask a local about the background of these sacred monuments. But I must say there's a special energy there, worth stopping to look and pray an Our Father
