Regarding the general title of this post: Nordic walking on the Iskriva footpath. Brnik-Mojstrana, the Iskriva footpath is connected to the Iskriva cards. Iskriva footpath: Brnik-Mojstrana visits all figures on the cards, depicting deceased Slovenian literati, artists, entrepreneurs, biologists, mountaineers ... Contract bridge is a mind game with cards, recommended for seniors to intensively use their mental potential. Unfortunately, Contract bridge is completely unknown in Slovenia among broader popular masses. The fact is that after the 2nd World War it was banned in Slovenia for political reasons as a game of the bourgeoisie.
Contract bridge is an elective subject at the Faculty of Mathematics. Abroad, as part of the school curriculum.
At first glance there may really be no visible connection with hiking, but I hope the above entry convinced you that there is a connection, namely: Iskriva footpath: Brnik-Mojstrana -> Iskriva cards, which physically exist -> With these cards we can play Contract bridge.
