Hi,

are the peaks/paths/scrambles in this thread described in some mountaineering guide?

A short morning walk in these remote corners. Morning mugginess and sweat drops in the forest. When you climb to 1600 m, pleasant freshness and refreshing SW wind. It reflected in the livestock's behavior on Ravne pasture. The animals enjoyed the peace and I wish them many more such pleasant moments in nature, not in the barn!

Saturday afternoon. Sunday goal set. Then... ding. SMS arrives. Plan changes in a flash. When you get an invite from Styria to Styrian hills, you have to respond, knowing it'll be great. And it wasn't just excellent, but magical and wild - mundus phantasticus.
We start on the white road to Sedelšak farm and take it straight up the slope, where there are occasional faint paths. When we reach the first ridge rocks, adventure begins. Clear weather, enjoyable scrambling, views mysteriously unfolding unknown world with every meter gained. From Ojstri Peak, gaze stops at the hidden gully opposite, and when asked if I'd climb it, eyes lit up. What looks nearly vertical and impossible from here becomes feasible at its exit. With some caution, as the terrain is fragile and cluttered, we quickly go through it and continue more or less along Gromovec edge toward Smrekovec. Leave its summit for another time and descend to the cirque below Dleskovec, through which amid mist and sun play we reach Dolge Trate past the tower giving special ambiance. To Dleskovec we follow cut dwarf pine scrub leading east then north, where burned area suddenly ends. Then wading through scrub to a shoulder crowned by big cairn. After snack, quickly to Dleskovec summit, from which we head to the peak beyond Dolge Trate, also marked by big cairn. Follow something path-like to pasture and up greasy muddy trail to unnamed grassy-scrub peaklet. Down the nearest variant, swaying through scrub. Hesitation how to descend to Ravne pasture soon decided to follow red-white dots, then steep but soft forest path back to car.

Nice circular tour! So, the pegs still hold, so you can help yourself a bit over the rocky step.

Whenever I call Janez to go somewhere, I know it'll be interesting. Yesterday was no different.
At 7 am at his place in Radegunda looking out the window if the showers eased. After half an hour we head to the start above Luče. On the way rainbows everywhere velik nasmeh no doubt... nice day today!
Haven't been up here before, really interesting. Path through forest steep, due to cooler temp quite pleasant. On ridge gusty wind starts. To subpeak and main peak really blows us! velik nasmeh
After descent from summit continue to hunter's hut, somewhat bearable there velik nasmeh
Hut is nice, shame to pass without snack stop.
Continue on trail to Ravne pasture. Soon after joining marked path Ravne - Veliki Vrh we branch left to cross with great view of Raduha.
Then just descent on old once-marked path to Luče and we're at the car.
