I'm interested in how long the tour takes: Idrija-Sivka-Idrija-Koča na Hleviški planini-Idrija, all along the Slo.pl. path, if someone has walked it.

Idrija - Hut on Hleviška planina - Idrija takes 1.5h to 2h (with faster pace). To Sivka it's much more walking. To Sivka and back probably 4.5-6.5 hours (depending on pace).

How long does the path from Sivka to Ankaran take, this piece of the transverzala is left for me. I would ask someone who has walked it to advise how to plan the tour (stops, overnight stays, time...).

Idrija - Mrutni vrh (on the transverzala you don't need to go right to the top, but only to the road) 40 minutes if you walk fast (otherwise almost an hour), then almost half an hour to Ledin, from Ledin it's marked 45 minutes to the top of Sivka. Don't hold me to the word. The stamp is at that farm below, none at the top. I must take a watch sometime, otherwise these are my home estimates, you go literally through our yard in Idrija, then you bite into that awful slope.
And as a postscript to this, my mom called the local PD this year so they came to renew the markings, because otherwise people got lost in our yard. And her remark to SPP is that Slovenes cheat big time, because most hikers passing by are foreigners. She serves them gladly, practically no Slovene passes the house. And don't fear the midges, since it's the home yard, freedom of movement around, so far no one has grabbed anyone by the pants. Walked x times, because we walked to both grandmas on foot. And saved myself x times. Now I go for the soul, just to have 5 minutes of tea when home. And the foresters had a lot of fun on this part of the transverzala this spring, had to shift the path a bit.
The stamp for Hleviše is really in the hut, the top is a bit higher, views are really great - peak on peak.

When are you planning to go? Planning to go 31.10., to light candles at the Britofih along the way.

at the top of Sivka there has been a stamp for some time, I think at least 2 years. PD really made an effort. The short path to the top is really nice.

Today I visited this peak... prepared for a bit bigger efforts than they actually were nasmeh

So not hill climbing but a pleasant walk nasmeh

Got the stamp at the top though... in a box...

On Saturday we continued the transversal from the hut at Ermanovec where we slept to Bevkov Vrh and on to Sivka, from Sivka we went to Idrija where transport was waiting. Path from Ermanovec to Bevkov Vrh hard to follow in places and not most logically laid out and for us first time there quite troublesome. To Sivka already easier, from Sivka to Idrija nice path part on road mrk pogled

and asphalt not very pleasant.

from the farm upwards you go first left then right again across the meadow into the forest and left again, so you step over the electric fence at least ten times

And here across the bridge another way on.

I assume - same as Sivka in Polhograjsko hribovje - after sivka grass.

The stamp on Sivka is still at the top, you just need to bring your own ink pad.

The Žiri trekking also took us over Sivka on Saturday, then further to Gradišče hill with antenna. I admit, at that moment I didn't even think where the name Sivka comes from. In my head it was only spinning about the shortest path between control points, which Uroš solved very successfully on the spot. Lp

In the awakening morning with Tadej in Žiri we start today's excursion to nearby peaks. So as not to waste too much time walking along the road towards Ledinsko Razpotje we try our luck with raised thumb and halfway a friendly lady stops for us. Thanks again. nasmeh

At Led. Razpotje we turn towards Ledine and on to Sivka, where of course no view, so we turn to nearby Mrzli vrh from where wonderful view of nearby and distant peaks of our mountains. So as not to return to Žiri too soon we make a longer loop via Vrsnik, where we visit the beautiful church of St. Tomaž and return to Žiri on a nice path. Quite a long way for me, but worth every step. nasmeh

The house we see in pic 19 is actually a newly built hut, which is not yet open to visitors. Let's hope that happens soon. It is right next to the Slovenian mountain trail, about a kilometer or two away from Sivka.

@dragon, thanks for this info and we will all be glad for the news when the hut receives the first visitors. The hut is being built by PD Žiri and I wish them as much luck as possible in obtaining funds, which are hard to get these days.

Mrzli vrh above Ledine offered us today real winter-spring splendor, spiced with wind, which a paragliding skier used excellently.

There is still enough snow for skiing now, just no ski lift.

You can see well how much power the sun has.

We also detoured to the little church of St. Thomas at Vrsnik, as it's not far.

It flew excellently with the help of the wind

Yesterday we went to Sivka from Ledinsko Razpotje. We reached the top quickly, shame that the path goes practically all the time on asphalt. There were some hikers.
