Yesterday there were excellent conditions for sledging from Planinca pasture all the way to home in Draga. Now there's snow, at the end of the week they have some races, so conditions should be good again next week - hard but not icy. Due to large attendance at Roblek (Roblek friends action) the path to Roblek was well trodden.

Last week night sledging at Stari vrh. Super thing. Up chairlift then 3 km descent. Recommend!

Super sled run from Dom pod Storžičem. Track was prepared on Friday 15.03. and I must say it's super prepared. No ice on curves, no jumps. Plenty of snow and for our 18th this year's sledge ride from below Storžič we were surprised that in March you can go so far - almost to parking on meadow. Hut open from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening.

The sled track to Koča na Ljubelju was groomed today up to the chapel. Higher up there is still some avalanche danger.

I'm interested in the following: tomorrow I would go on foot to Svete Višarje, then sledge alongside the ski slope to the valley.
Is this even allowed and does anyone have any experience?

Current sledging conditions:
Valvasor - Saturday: from hut to weekend houses through powder, then groomed road to parking, hit some stones and a bit before forest exit below walk few meters no snow, final meadow also little snow
Ljubelj - Sunday: except herd ''sheep'' super road, still no waves
Zelenica - Sunday: from Koča Vrtača along ski slope then before channel right into forest, nicely ratracked, in forest renewed fences on curves
Dom pod Storžičem - Monday: upper half super, lower lacks snow so hit many stones, walk to cross stream that runs across road below

Sledging from Tromeja with good sleds from the top. Road trampled by snowmobiles and yesterday icy at the bottom, up top enough firm base for sledging.
In Martuljek the track is also prepared.
