Šmarna gora everyone knows well,
to reach it everyone has their path.
Some steeper, others gentler,
your legs can walk them all.
On the top of the mountain the church stands, of course,
the inn cares for the thirsty and hungry.
Like with most mountains, here the view is at home,
worth the effort for it,
if you don't want to miss another day.
So path under the feet and uphill,
tomorrow all even nicer when snow falls.

On the calendar it was 23 January. The decision fell, let's go a bit before finishing work. We gritted our teeth without male company up the hill of Šmarna gora. The path was satisfactory, shoes not too muddy. The foot pace urged us faster so evening dusk wouldn't overtake us. We made it, but we were honestly tired as we're not yet in proper condition. We continued the path to the valley fastest to arrive before dark and ever falling rain. Next time to Šmarna, in more friendly sunny weather. Regards
