Interesting that none of the pics got 10 stars.. Among those with the most - 9 is e.g. the sign about the landslide. But they are not that bad??

Heinz..that's foul play..it's enough that one "presses" a one and pulls the average down..surely 10s are dropping, but you know the saying, if foul play burned, no firewood would be used..

Hello,
a bit late but I don't carry a computer to the mountains. conditions around Kriških podov are nothing special, there are still some snow patches but no winter gear needed.

Path from Zadnjica to Kriške pode without issues. At the lower Kriško lake I turn off the path and go off-trail to the path to B. Gamsovec. From there to Stenar. Snow patches for experienced hikers pose no problems, can avoid them too. From the summit I go back down and to Križ via direct ridge (eastern ridgelet). There was a small rock fall, so path partially buried with rocks and scree, so careful. Further down to Pogačnikov dom without issues.

During holidays I plan to go to Križ past the bivouac at Rušje then to Pogačnikov dom via Bovška vratca... I'm interested in what that descent path is like... thanks for reply
