3.7.2021/Strma Peč from Pecol via path 640,,everything is ok,,Missing only a large family of ibex which apparently withdrew somewhere that day..Lots of flowers,,plenty of silence, enjoyment aplenty.

Weather excellent, path dry and b.p.
The only fogs were right on and around the mountain, where Drago was wandering.

Unfortunately I can't attach pics.
Please give advice.

It was like that even on arrival at Pecol. Maybe Strma Peč was really out of the fog.

Milan, attaching pics is completely simple. Right of your text there are four green rectangles, click the top one where it says 'pictures'. System guides you further. Hope it works for you.

Since I changed PC, those "rectangles" no longer show on the right side in the text frame, but horizontally under the frame. If I click any of them, everything gets covered and I have to go back. So for now only text.

What "title" does the administrator have to fix it?

Almost all traces of winter have disappeared, only from the hole at the Viene saddle the last snow patch shyly showed its dirty face.
CAI 621 to the junction with CAI 640 is well passable, likewise the continuation on CAI 640. From the Viene saddle to the summit CAI 641 is easy to follow without difficulty, otherwise you have nowhere else to go but to the top.
On the return to Viene, the CAI 641 branch to the right is not marked. The path is not visible at the start either. A few dozen meters lower you catch it, but further on you feel it more than see it or sometimes it is there, sometimes not. When you step on CAI 621 heading back to Pecol, it is easy to follow, but erosion does its work.
Vegetation is very lush and there are zigzag animals in the grass.

Beyond the notch is great depth, but the mother goat is obviously afraid of nothing and elegantly jumps with her offspring.

The chamois is a true aesthete - she gazes long at the mountains beyond Reklanice ;)

Strma peč, below it a sea of globeflowers.

In the lowlands there are chanterelles, but even in the heights something can be found :D

... and to the other side of Naborjetske.

Descent: finally I catch the path under the Viene saddle.

There is something magical in these silver tree stubs.

The vegetation is quite lush, therefore...

At the car it suddenly gets dark, thunder rumbles in the sky and the first drops fall.

Since I first heard this (refrain!), it's kind of an anthem for paths like the mentioned descent from Steep Cliff here, say for Kačji graben last week and so on. It piles up over the years. And it keeps piling zavijanje z očmi

Started with normal walking, there after the tracks one overtook me running. He asked Monte Cimone, he too said he's going up there.....And went after him faster and he was always about 10 minutes ahead. I reach the top a couple minutes later than him. Even if started earlier it was already cold on top and a bit windy, couldn't wait long for sunset....walked 1.45 hours there. Descent same path, after cables already dark, protections flawless, he descended down some other path (I know it), but when I got back to fork didn't see him anywhere. At pl.Pecol turn off light and look, three still descending under Montaž and Špik severe ledges.
