Schrems/Frohnleiten (Hautabauer) - Harterberg (Hoaterberg)

Access to starting point:
We leave the A9 motorway (Maribor-Graz-Salzburg) after a few shorter tunnels outside Graz and continue right on the expressway in the direction of Wien-Bruck/Muhr-Peggau.
We leave the expressway at the Frohnleiten exit and turn right in the direction of Teichalm. We drive approximately 7 km, when on the left we notice the sign for the bio-ecological farm Hoaterbauer.
We park 100 m ahead on the parking lot by the main road.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we descend to the beginning of the macadam road for the Hoaterbauer farm.
On the road, we go to the farm, where we turn right and continue on a wider macadam road.
We walk like that for the next kilometers. At the junctions we follow the nicer road.
When we arrive at the sign with the inscription Rechberg/Hoaterberg,
we leave the road and continue left uphill.
The path through the forest becomes steeper and higher up it rejoins the road.
We continue on the road for approximately 100 m and then leave the road again left uphill.
We arrive at a meadow along which we slowly ascend to the top.
