Dom na Komni

Description of mountain hut:
The Dom na Komni, open all year round, is located on a subtle scenic rise west of Lake Bohinj. The hut is clearly visible from the lake and its surroundings. A viewing terrace in front of the hut offers a fine view of the Spodnje Bohinjske gore. To see the mountains above the Triglav Lakes Valley, one must climb a small hill one minute away beside the terrace. Since the hut is open year-round, the path is trodden even in winter just a day or two after snowfall.
