Kronalpe / Monte Corona

Description of mountain:
Koren (Italian Monte Corona, German Kronalpe) is a 1,832-meter-high peak east of the Mokrine Pass, more precisely above the Vrh Krnice saddle on the Austria-Italy border. The mountain's slopes, mostly grassy, are used for grazing livestock in summer. From the summit, which features a stamp and a large cairn, there is a fine view of nearby Carnic Alps peaks.
