Description of mountain:
Kucelj is a lesser-known pathless peak above Prednji dolek between Škrlatica and Dolkova špica. From the 2,372-meter summit, where a few cairns stand, there is a superb view of the nearby peaks surrounding the Zgornji and Prednji dolek cirques. Dolkova špica, Škrlatica, Rogljica, and Rakova špica are particularly prominent. To the south, the view opens toward the Vrata valley and the peaks south of it. The pathless peak is relatively accessible.
