Mrzli vrh is the 2094-meter-high western neighbor of the better-known Mrzla gora (2203 m). It lies in the northern group of Grintovci above the Belska Kočna valley, and its ridge connects Savinjsko sedlo to the west and Mrzla gora to the east. The peak borders the regions of Styria and Carinthia.
