Piz de Puez / Puezspitz

Description of mountain:
Piz de Puez (eastern summit) is a 2,913-meter-high peak in the Puez mountain group. A marked path leads to the summit, which is relatively easy to access. The western summit, at 2,918 meters the highest peak in the Puez group, is harder to reach and has no marked path. From the eastern summit, where there is a small cross, there is a very nice view over much of the Dolomites, especially the Sella, Sassolungo, and Lavarella mountain groups.
