Description of mountain:
The mountain hut is situated on the northern part of the mountain range Osoršćica on the top of Mažova gora at an altitude 274 meters. From the mountain hut is a very nice view towards a ridge towards the summit Televrina on the south, and on the other sides there is a very nice view towards the sea and on surrounding islands. At the back we can nicely see also Velebit and Učka. The mountain hut is permanently open from 1st April to 1st October. And in the rest of the year it is open on weekends. Besides the mountain paths, to the hut leads also a macadam road, because of which the mountain hut is also a popular destination of cyclists.
