Description of mountain hut:
Rifugio Punta Trieste is a mountain hut located in Alta Badia on the Pralongia plateau northeast of the Passo Campolongo pass at an elevation of 2028 meters. From the hut there is a very nice view of the surrounding mountains, where the Marmolada and Sella groups stand out especially. In the summer months, one can also reach near the hut by chairlift from the Planac parking lot.
