Description of mountain hut:
The Rifugio Roda di Vael mountain hut is situated at an altitude of 2,280 meters in the Catinaccio (Rosengarten) mountain group. From the hut there is a very nice view of the southern part of the group, and the view towards Marmolada and the Val di Fassa valley is also nice. The Baita Marino Pederiva mountain hut is located right next to the Rifugio Roda di Vael.
