Description of lake:
Rjavo Lake, also known as Rjava mlaka, is the highest of all Triglav Lakes. It is located at an elevation above 2000 m and is the second in the sequence of the Seven Lakes. The lake, which does not have a constant water level, is up to 10 m deep, 150 m long and 100 m wide, but almost dries up in dry periods.
Swimming in the lake, as well as in all other Slovenian high mountain lakes, is prohibited.
