Description:
Almstall is a saddle at an altitude of 818 meters in the Salzkammergut Mountains. The saddle is located 4 km north of peak Brunnkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Rieder Hütte, located 7km south-southeast. Closer is Hubertushütte (Jhtt.), which is located 1.2km to the west. 5 km southeast of the saddle there is lake Vorderer Langbathsee. South-southwest of the saddle is the valley Weißenbachtal.
