Description:
Fangriedel is 927 meter high peak and is part of the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located 5 km north-northwest of peak Brunnkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Rieder Hütte, located 9km southeast. Closer is Laxenbacher Holzstube (Jhtt.), which is located 1.0km to the northeast. 7 km east-southeast of the peak there is lake Vorderer Langbathsee. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Weißenbachtal.
