Taferlhöhe

Description:
Taferlhöhe is a saddle at an altitude of 829 meters in the Salzkammergut Mountains. The saddle is located 6 km east from the center of Seefeld and 6 km east-northeast from the center of Steinbach am Attersee. The nearest mountain hut is Rieder Hütte, located 6km southeast. Closer is bivouac Spielbergstube (verfallen), which is located 1.7km to the east-southeast. 0.6 km east-southeast of the saddle there is lake Taferlklaussee. Southwest of the saddle is the valley Weißenbachtal.
