Jausenstein

Description:
Jausenstein is 1380 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located in country Austria 5 km east from the center of Steinbach am Attersee and 5 km east from the center of Seefeld. The nearest mountain hut is Rieder Hütte, located 6km east-southeast. Closer is Aurachkarhütte (Jhtt.), which is located 1.5km to the west-northwest. 5 km east of the peak there is lake Vorderer Langbathsee. The peak is located above the valley Langgraben.
