Description:
Höllscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2991 meters in the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located 6 km south-southwest from the center of Hintertux and 7 km east-southeast from the center of Schmirn. The nearest mountain hut is Geraer Hütte, located 3km south-southwest. A little further is Museum. 0.9 km south-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Wildlahnerferner, 1.6 km south from the saddle there is also glacier Olpererferner. The saddle is located above the valley Wildlahnertal.
