La Porticina / Vratica

Description:
La Porticina / Vratica is a saddle at an altitude of 1845 meters located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Slovenia and the country of Italy. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Luigi Zacchi, located 1.2km southwest. Even closer is bivouac Capanna Ponza, which is located 0.6km to the west. The saddle to which the marked path leads is located above the valley Planica.
