Description:
Makernischarte is a saddle at an altitude of 2446 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 5 km west from the center of Innerfragant and 7 km east from the center of Göritz and 2 km north-northeast of peak Sadnig. The nearest mountain hut is Holler-Stöckl, located 2km southeast. A bit closer is Burgstalleralm, which is located 1.4km to the west. 6 km north of the saddle there is lake Weißsee. The saddle is located in the valley Mölltal.
