The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio ai Caduti dell'Adamello, located 0.2km northwest. And bivouac Bivacco G. Laeng is also close by. The monument Altare di Papa Giovanni Paolo II is also located near the saddle. 5 km southeast of the saddle there is lake Lago di Lares. 4 km northwest from the saddle there is glacier Vedretta di Pisgana, 4 km north-northwest from the saddle there is also glacier Pisganino.
