Passo di Casamadre is a saddle at an altitude of 2888 meters. The saddle is located 0.6 km south of peak Punta di Castellaccio. The nearest mountain hut is Capanna Presena, located 0.8km east. A little closer is bivouac Capanna Lagoscuro, which is located 0.7km to the south. 0.8 km south-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Vedretta del Corno di Lagoscuro, 4 km east from the saddle there is also glacier Vedretta Cercen. The saddle is located above the valley Val Presena.
