Description:
Corno di Lago Scuro is 3164 meter high peak and is part of the Natural Park Adamello-Brenta. The peak is located 13 km southwest of Vermiglio and 16 km west-northwest of Carisolo and 3 km west of peak Cima Busazza. The nearest mountain hut is Capanna Presena, located 1.0km northeast. Even closer is bivouac Capanna Lagoscuro, located to the south-southwest in the immediate vicinity of the peak. East-southeast from the summit there is glacier Vedretta del Corno di Lagoscuro, 3 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Pisganino. The peak is located above the valley Val Presena.
