Passo Pisgana is a saddle at an altitude of 2953 meters in the Natural Park Adamello-Brenta. The saddle is located 0.6 km south-southwest of peak Punta Pisgana. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Mandrone, located 1.8km east. bivouac Bivacco Passo Lago Scuro (Museo) is a bit further away. 0.7 km east of the saddle there is lake Lago Inghiacciato. 0.5 km west-southwest from the saddle there is glacier Pisganino, 2 km southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Vedretta di Pisgana. The saddle is located west-northwest of the valley Val di Genova.
