Taschachjoch

Description:
Taschachjoch is a saddle at an altitude of 3236 meters and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located in country Austria 1.3 km east of peak Hochvernagtwand. The nearest mountain hut is Taschachhaus, located 3km north. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 3 km east-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Mitterkarferner, 5 km northwest from the saddle there is also glacier Bliggferner. The saddle is located above the valley Taschachtal. The saddle is located on the ridge Weißkamm.
