Description:
Urkundsattel is a saddle at an altitude of 3033 meters in the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located 0.4 km south-southeast of peak Pitztaler Urkund. The nearest mountain hut is Taschachhaus, located 2km north-northeast. A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 4 km east-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Mitterkarferner, 4 km northwest from the saddle there is also glacier Bliggferner. The saddle is located above the valley Taschachtal. The saddle is located below the ridge Weißkamm.
