Description:
Vrata is a saddle at an altitude of 1704 meters located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The saddle to which the marked trail leads is located 2 km north-northwest from the center of Stržišče and 4 km northeast from the center of Rut. The nearest mountain hut is Dom Zorka Jelinčiča, located 0.8km east. hunting cottage Lovska Koča Ventije is also relatively close. South-southeast of the saddle is the valley Baška grapa. The saddle is located above the ridge Jež.
