Description:
Wurmtalerjoch is a saddle at an altitude of 3090 meters and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located 0.8 km west-northwest of peak Wurmtalerkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Taschachhaus, located 4km south-southeast. A little further is Watzeberg hunting lodge. 3 km south from the saddle there is glacier Bliggferner, 3 km north from the saddle there is also glacier Wazebachferner. The saddle is located east of the valley Kaunertal. The saddle is located on the ridge Kaunergrat.
